These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through BeadDazzle (www.beaddazzle.store). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Contract
A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm dispatch. All orders are subject to availability.

2. Products
All items are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. Our products are made from small components, are delicate, have limited durability, and are not intended for prolonged or heavy use.
Items may present a choking hazard and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at checkout via secure payment providers.

4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within stated timeframes. Delivery times are estimates.
Under UK law, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

5. Damage or Loss in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items unless they are faulty.

7. Faulty Goods
If an item is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Durability & Use
Due to the handmade nature and small components used, normal wear, loosening, or breakage over time is expected and does not constitute a fault.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this Website or interfere with its operation.

11. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and designs are the property of BeadDazzle and may not be used without permission.

12. Privacy
We only collect and use personal data as necessary to process orders, in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
