Refund & Returns Policy
At BeadDazzle (www.beaddazzle.store), each item is carefully handmade using small components. Due to the nature of these materials, products are delicate and not intended for long-term heavy use. By purchasing, you acknowledge the handmade and fragile nature of our items.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

Returned in original packaging where possible
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used, worn, or damaged items

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear

Custom or personalized items (unless faulty)
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details and, where possible, photos. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Durability Disclaimer
Our products are made from small beads and components and are not designed for prolonged or heavy use. Natural wear, loosening, or breakage over time is expected and is not considered a fault.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Your Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery Damage
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and, where possible, clear photographs of the item and packaging.
Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
We may request that damaged items be returned before issuing a refund or replacement. In such cases, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
Your rights in relation to goods damaged in transit are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
